Look at this interesting 20th Anniversary Sonic figure / statue thing. Here, Sonic is in a unique pointing pose, & is standing on a black base. The base is thin metal, as seen from the bolts above. The 20th Anniversary logo seems to be embossed into the glossy base. The left photo may have Izuka Takahasi in the background. This is from/for Joypolis in Japan & other Sega Worlds, but it can only be WON from a special 20th Anniversary grabber machine. The claw machine lifts out a box (middle) which holds the statue. These will run about 60-90 USD IF you can find one at Ebay or Yahoo Auctions Japan. This is clearly SonicTeam people /staff etc. doing the photos & having a look. You can see the machine that you can win this out of, over on SonicGear Arcade Machines page.

Bootleg alertThere exists many bootlegs of this statue. The fake copies both the figure and the entire box making it hard to spot the difference. If you are looking to buy this figure be aware of this. On youtube there's a very good tutorial by Orange Hedgehog comparing the fake with the original: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qptWnXkBsjs&t=1317s

Note that many differences are color-based and woul be hard to see on a computer monitor. The easiest mistake to spot is the 20th anniversary photo. So if you're unsure you can ask the seller to take a picture of that, and preferably some close-ups (it's unknown if there are bootlegs with the 20th anniversary logo fixed, so be careful!)
