Winnable modern plush are BACK in 2019!
After the 'boom ban problem' is gone, theme parks and arcades are now allowed to have back modern style character prize plushes. And this nice, big size Knuckles is proof. He's also proof that the new company, Toy Factory is up to doing a good job (Better than previous companies it seems) while still having carnival quality. The eyes are fabric, so they're not going to unravel/scratch up or be sewn on wrong. The fabric is light weight, but still able to keep the shape well. They have not left out any details, and the fists & shoes are nice and big and normal looking. His eyes are a little tall, but the head shape & expression seems good.
There's a cloth tag and paper tag (inset) which has the copyrights and Toy Factory logo. This was won at Six Flags over New Jersey & other characters were also seen elsewhere. *Franchise parks like 6Flags will generally have the same vendor set supplying all of them with items.

This uses the 'carnival style' stuffing technique where some of it has polyfill while other parts are full of the lighter/less expensive styrofoam beads styropellets for weight & cost purposes. This is typical of large dolls that are also prizes. If you want one of these large plushes, it looks like you've got to win. It looks like prizes are off to a solid start in 2019.
