"Suction Cup Sonics" were popular in Japan in the 90s, with suction cups sewn to their hands so you could stick them up on glass or other smooth surfaces. One of them has been made in Brazil too, and this is it. It's a fairly small doll, with clear plastic cups sewn to the hands. This is another of those made before manufacturers really know 'what are his spikes', so they are a row of simple flappy felts.
The mouth is rather large, but its embroidery is nicely done. His head shape is ok, though the spikes being wrong do limit it a bit. For an older item like this, he is tidily done.
