This is the Sanei company plush Shadow. These dolls can be distinguished by their embroidered detail. Notice his embroidered mouth & eyes with these photos. The tag shows everyone they made on the set. The size comparison above is with a Sonic X Series 2 Sonic...so you can see they chose almost exactly the same size doll to make for this set.
